Day Two.

Soundtrack: Rooney - When Did Your Heart Go Missing

If we count yesterday's hours upon hours of travel, today would be considered day two of the New York City adventures. It consisted of;

a trip to the Manhattan LDS temple.
a delicious meal in Little Italy, even including 'on the house' homemade tiramisu & to top it all off authentic pistacho, chocolate & peach gelato.
many rides on the subway... bringing home all sorts of bartered perfumes & colognes from Canal Street.
a wonderful broadway musical. "How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" starring Daniel Radcliffe. WONDERFUL. Hilarious, witty & fun.
Enjoying White Hot Chocolate with Peppermint from Starbucks (also delicious in creme frap form, take it from a former Starbucks barista) on the couch of my hotel room, enjoying arguably the best view in Times Square.
Needless to say, I'm enjoying my stay. (:

Once again, I hate you. One day we'll go to NYC together, ok?

I love NYC! I went with several teachers a few years ago. We did a session in the temple. It was amazing that you couldn't hear any outside noise! All of the doorknobs inside have a Statue of Liberty torch on them...just like SLC Temple has a beehive on every knob. We also saw Wicked!
